Jones Law, LLC provides integrated legal and financial advice and legal services utilizing 30 years of experience advising clients and a diverse network of professionals in related fields.

 
As a financial advisor Amanda Jones has worked with divorcees, widows, retirees, business owners, and real estate entrepreneurs.  Because of her diverse experience all of her advice is based on viewing problems and solutions in the context of the legal and financial considerations on which they impact.

We provide aggressive advocacy when required while focusing on efficiency of strategy to minimize risk and costs. Effective legal counsel requires consideration of overarching business objectives. We strive to be a valued partner to our clients in making decisions on legal activity. Helping to oversee and coordinate drafting and enforcement of contracts, advocating for land-use modifications, investigation of environmental concerns, negotiation and drafting of financial instruments and leases.

We aggressively pursue recovery of debts on behalf of our debt collection clients. So many small businesses and contractors accept not collecting fees they are legitimately owed because the collection process can be onerous. We provide legal remedies through the courts and sheriff’s office to recover money on behalf of our clients with no up-front cost to the client. We only get paid if the debt is recovered.
